A great smoothie to give you a boost thanks to the combination of berries and beetroot in it.

Beetroot nourishes the blood thanks to the combination of iron and its unique antioxidants that help feed and purify the blood while improving its oxygen uptake. Beetroot is a useful remedy for anaemia and to have when exercising.
- 1/2 ripe banana (approx 50g when peeled)
- 60g frozen blueberries
- 60g fresh strawberries (leaves removed and washed)
- 60g frozen pineapple
- 1 heaped tsp physillium husk powder (optional but aids digestion)
- 1/2 tsp vitamin c powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 10g ground almonds
- 25g ground linseed, pumpkin and sunflower seeds mix
- 100g cooked natural beetroot
- 200ml dairy free milk
- 100ml water
Step by Step Instructions
Place all the ingredients in to a blender and blend until smooth.
